David’s passion for creating stronger communities can be traced back through his experiences working in the government, private sector, and non-profit world. Always having been one to think outside the box, he brings his knowledge of standard practices in these many areas and pairs it with his unique perspective in order to overcome obstacles to growth in these many areas.


For the past thirteen years, David has worked in the real estate industry providing strategic market analysis, recommendations, and innovative solutions to government, non-profits, family groups, developers, municipalities, and individuals. He has also provided financing options for both residential and commercial ventures. His experience spans a large spectrum of real estate including market research and feasibility analysis, land acquisition due diligence, strategic planning, and asset assessments. Our goal is to take your ideas and make them a reality.
